It was about 20 years ago nang talikuran ni Ariosto ang kanyang acting career to live permanently in the US with his family. Gayunman, nagkaroon ito ng rare appearance sa “Magpakailanman” ni Mel Tiangco na pinamagatang “Mula sa Puno Hanggang sa Buto: The Blisse Cervantes Story” episode nung August 17, 2019 where he had a reunion with actress Vivian Foz na nakatambal niya noon sa ilang episodes ng “Lovingly Yours, Helen,” ang weekly drama anthology ng yumaong host-actress na si Helen Vela, ina ng US-based actress na si Princess Punzalan.
Nung aktibo pa si Ariosto sa kanyang acting career ay nakagawa siya ng ilang pelikula tulad ng “Wanted: Perfect Mother” in 1970, “Sinta” in 1976, “Pag-ibig Ko’yAwitin Mo” in 1977, “Kontrobersyal” in 1981, “Mga Uod at Rosas,” “Dormitoryo: Buhay Estudyante” in 1982 at “Bayan Ko: Kapit Sa Patalim” in 1984.
Ariosto died after battling cancer for years.
