TWO dead bodies of Korean nationals believed to have feller from the hotel they were staying were discovered by police yesterday morning in Makati City.
Makati police chief Senior Supt. Rogelio Simon said the mangled bodies of Sangjing Kim, 38 and Jang Jun, 35 were discovered in front of the I’M Hotel at the corner of Makati Avenue and Kalayaan Street at around 5:45 a.m. by elements of Police Community Precinct (PCP) 6.
SPO3 Romulo Mones, PO1 Homer Albayda and PO1 Julius Dela Cruz said they were conducting routine patrol in the area when they heard a loud thud and upon verification, they saw two dead bodies of foreign looking nationals.
Police said a representative of I’m Hotel confirmed that the victims were both billeted in their hotel but they refused to divulge further details to authorities.
Col. Simon ordered police probes to conduct further investigation to determine if the Korean nationals were victims of foul play or they accidentally fell from the hotel.
Police said they already informed the Korean embassy about the death of the two Koreans.
