3 Arabs nabbed

PHILIPPINE National Police Intelligence Group (PNP-IG) director, Brigadier General Edgar S. Monsalve yesterday announced the arrest of three Saudi Arabian nationals accused of involvement with a most wanted Arab terrorist abroad.

In a report to PNP chief, Director General Oscar D. Albayalde, the official identified the three Middle Easterners as Firas Omar Albayoumi, Safwan Ali Makhdari and Rayah Hussain Badawood.

“We are still investigating the background of the three as well as their other activities in the country including in Metro Manila and Mindanao  prior to their arrest,” the official said.
