7 Chinese ‘kidnappers’ arrested in Paranaque.
THE National Bureau of Investigation announced over the weekend the arrest of seven suspected Chinese kidnappers in Parañaque City.
NBI Officer-In-Charge Eric B. Distor identified the suspects as Ni Lingkang, Hu Ruiguang, Xiao Hui alias ' Xie Chun Hui, Xiao Zi alias' Wang Hao Wei, Xiao Ji alias 'Xie Zhi Hong,' Ale Wong alias 'Wang Xiao Long,' and Alang Chen Hai Long alias' Shu Wei Song. '
According to Distor, the suspects were arrested on August 3, 2020 for kidnapping and serious illegal detention after the NBI-Task Force Against Illegal Drugs (NBI-TFAID) received information regarding the alleged abduction and illegal detention of three Chinese in the posh Multinational Village.
After confirming the exact location of the victims, the NBI-TFAID immediately coordinated with the local police and wasted no time in rescuing them.
According to the victims, several Chinese armed men barged inside their house in Multinational Village last August 2, 2020, forced them to board a vehicle blindfolded, and brought them to No.2 Judea Street also in the same village.
The victims claimed that their captors, who allegedly beat them during their captivity, forced them to admit that they stole money from their boss.
During medical examination, the victims bore multiple contusions, hematoma, and abrasions all over their body.
The suspects were arrested and brought for inquest to the Parañaque City Prosecutor’s Office for violation of Article 267 (Kidnapping and Serious Illegal Detention) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.
They are presently detained at the NBI Detention Center in Manila.
