A STILL unidentified Chinese national was found dead inside a parked container van in Tondo, Manila the other night with wounds indicating that he had been a victim of summary execution.
Prober SPO3 Dennis Javier of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section described the victim as 20 to 25 years old, medium built and about 5’10" tall. He was clad in a black sweatshirt, brown pants and green sneakers.
Police said the victim’s body was discovered by a truck helper at the back portion of a container van parked along Road 10 in front of the Smokey Mountain at around 10:30 p.m. The victim’s hands and feet were tied, his face was wrapped with packaging tape and his body bore wounds all over when found.
Reportedly, two sachets of shabu were also found in his pocket and police suspect that he was killed in another place and merely put in the said van.
The body was brought to a funeral parlor for autopsy and safekeeping and is yet to be claimed.
