PHILIPPINE National Police chief, Director General Oscar D. Albayalde and National Capital Region Police Office director, Major General Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar on Wednesday renewed their agreement with philanthropist Dr. James G. Dy which provides free hospitalization at the Chinese General Hospital for members of the Metro Manila police force who will be wounded in the line of duty.

Dr. Dy, the president and chief executive officer of the Chinese General Hospital and chairman of the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc. said that the MOA renewed their 25-year commitment to provide the PNP with a complimentary medical and hospitalization benefit in addition to that provided for by the government.
