A BARANGAY kagawad is facing charges of physical injuiries and grave threat along with three of his associates, after a 30-year-old vendor accused them of beating him up right inside the barangay hall in Sta. Mesa, Manila on Thursday.
They were identified as Ryan Aguilos, a kagawad of barangay 628, Zone 63 and Fernando Soriano, Bobby Mancilla and Henry Huerta, all of 2175 Road ll NDC Compound, Sta. Mesa, Manila.
A report from Corporal Dean Mark Regala submitted to Captain Henry Navarro, chief of the Manila Police District-General Assignment Investigation Section, said that the mauling allegedly took place at around 5 p.m.

Contibo proceeded to file a complaint as soon as the mauling was over.
