A still unidentified man was summarily executed by armed motorcycle riding assailants while still in handcuff Sunday evening in Caloocan City.
The body of a man, wearing white t-shirt and blue short pants, was discovered by passing motorists sprawled in the dimly lit portion of the road along Bankers Drive, Bankers Village 1, Bgy. 171 Bagumbong past 11 p.m.
The victim, with visible bullet wounds in the head, was found lying face down with both hands handcuffed at the back of his body.
Bankers Village security officer-in-charge Rene Ibanez, Sr. told police that earlier, residents in the area heard a burst of gunfire and when they checked outside, they noticed two motorcycles with four men on board hurriedly sped off towards the village exit gate.
Responding policemen recovered from the victim’s jacket several pieces of jewelry and a transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu while four empty shells were also found in the crime scene.
