SAN Juan Police served a warrant on Friday for physical abuse charges filed by a woman against the number one most wanted criminal in the city already jailed for a murder case.
Senior Supt. Dindo Reyes, San Juan Police chief, said the warrant was served in jail against suspect Jerry Bulalaque, 34, tricycle driver and resident of Block 6, Baseco Compound, Tondo, Manila.
Bulalaque has another arrest warrant issued by San Juan City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 162 Judge Cesar Pabel Sulit for violation of RA 9262 or Anti Violence Against Women and Their Children Act dated October 30, 2012, according to Reyes.
The case stemmed from a complaint filed by his live-in partner one Nikki Chua who accused Bulalaque for beating her up in their residence at No. 39 San Perfecto St., Bgy San Perfecto, San Juan City on April 2, 2012.
Earlier, Station Intelligence Unit nabbed Bulalaque in an operation inside the Master’s Gym located in Baseco Compound, Manila on October 20.
