MURDER charges will be filed by police against a man who treacherously stabbed and killed his long-time enemy Sunday afternoon in Muntinlupa City.
The suspect identified as Reymundo Tayco will also be facing charges for illegal possession of deadly weapon in relation to the Omnibus Election Code after authorities seized from him a caliber. 22 Magnum revolver with bullets and the bladed weapon used in the killing of German Marcaida.
Marcaida, 33, of Bgy. Tunasan, succumbed to multiple stab wounds in the body while being rushed to Muntinlupa Medical Center.
The victim was walking on Rodriguez St. in Bgy. Tunasan, at around 5:20 p.m. when the suspect, who had a long-time grudge against the victim, appeared and immediately stabbed him repeatedly in the body.
