Mayor orders Caloocan public places sanitized

CALOOCAN City Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan issued a directive to all employees of the local government to lead in sanitizing, cleaning and disinfecting their respective offices, facilities and areas that are frequently visited by the public.

Mayor Oca said he issued the directive to all employees of city hall and health workers of the Caloocan City Medical Center, (CCMC) Caloocan City North Medical Center (CCNMC) and employees assigned at the University of Caloocan City (UCC) as a measure to prevent the further spread of the corona virus disease (COVID) 19.

As this developed, Glorietta park in Bgy. 125 North Caloocan, started yesterday disinfecting their multi-purpose hall and covered court along with public elementary and high schools after the Department of Education (DepEd) Caloocan obtained necessary stuffs from the local government which will be used in disinfecting public schools within the city.
