CABANATUAN CITY — A male money sorter of the Philippine National Bank branch here is in hot water after he was accused of allegedly stealing money amounting to P59,000 from the bank.
City police head Lt. Col. Arnel M. Dial said the bank’s head of cash and clearing unit identified as Arturo De Luna, 59, of No. 505, Bgy. Bangad went to the police and complained that the alleged theft was committed by Rexsie Calitis, 35, money sorter, also of Bgy. Bangad.
De Luna alleged that the incident transpired at the bank’s city market branch in Bgy. Supermarket at 9 a.m. on Feb. 14.
