THE Philippine Airlines (PAL) said it is anticipating a large volume of passengers traveling to the provinces and out of the country this Holy Week.
PAL spokesperson Ma. Cielo Villaluna said PAL is also advising the public that due to heavy traffic around NAIA’s four terminals, you must allocate more time in going to the airport to ensure that you will make it in time for your flight.
Domestic-bound passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 2.5 hours before their flight while international-bound passengers must be at the airport at least 3.5 hours before flight departure, she said.
“Please check your updated flight status and terminal assignment before heading to the airport by: visiting www.philippineairlines.com/#PALflightstatus, clicking the Flight Status Tab in the PAL website, or by calling (02) 855-8888 then pressing 2 for Arrival and Departure Information .
“Please note that flight information from Flight Status Tab is available two days before and until two days after the flight departure. You may check-in via our PAL website www.philippineairlines.com, or myPALapp within 24 hours to one hour before your flight,” she said.
Villaluna also said to ensure that your passport is at least 6 months valid from date of travel and that you have with you the required visa and other travel documents. Please bring a valid government ID, company or school ID.
For any travel-related concerns, you may call PAL’s 24-hour Reservations hotline – 855-8888. Travel updates will also be posted on PAL’s Facebook page.
