Person with disability, 31, nabbed for sexual abuse of 4 young boys

POLICE arrested a 31-year-old person with disability (PWD) who allegedly forced four young boys with ages 14 to 18 to take illegal drugs before he sexually abused them Tuesday evening in Parañaque City.

Parañaque police chief Senior Supt. Rogelio “Jojo” Rosales identified the arrested suspect as Nelson Balmores, president of Association of PWDs of Barangay Don Bosco and resident of GK El Dorado Dulo, Bgy. Don Bosco.

Prior to the arrest, four young boys, who were all students of Don Bosco National High School told police that they were asked by the suspect to buy illegal drugs last Monday, March 11 and ordered them to deliver the drugs in his house in GK El Dorado Dulo.

While inside the suspect’s abode, the suspect allegedly forced them to take illegal drugs that they bought which they complied.

After taking illegal drugs, the suspect allegedly started to molest them by sucking and playing their private parts.

The victims told case investigator PO1 Diana Santos of Parañaque Police Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD) that Balmores threatened to kill them if they reveal their ordeal to their parents.

However, the victims, decided to divulge their horrific experienced with their parents that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

Charges of sexual abuse will be filed by police against Balmores before the Parañaque City Prosecutor’s Office.
