NATIONAL Capital Region Police Office director, Major General Debold M. Sinas will be on official four-day leave to undergo an annual medical check-up starting today, the Journal Group learned.
In his absence, NCRPO Deputy Regional Director for Administration, Brigadier Gen. Nolasco K. Bathan will be the NCRPO Officer-in-Charge.
