A report submitted by P/Msgt Herbert Garcia and P/Cpl Victor Ilustrisimo to the office of Valenzuela police chief P/Col David Nicolas Poklay showed that last April 4, the complainant’s wife left their house without asking permission from her husband.

Since then, the wife never returned prompting the complainant to look for her until he received information from his friends that she was seen in the company of Carolasan while checking inside Paradise Hotel.

At around 4:20 p.m., while the complainant was standing a few meters away from Paradise Hotel, he saw his wife and Carolasan entered the hotel. He to hold his temper and instead called up their daughter and asked her to proceed to the place to witness the unlawful act of her mother.

The complainant and his daughter patiently waited outside the hotel until they saw the two leaving the hotel premises which prompted the husband to confront them while their daughter sought the assistance of authorities that led to the arrest of the two.

Charges of adultery will be filed by complainant against his wife and her lover before the Valenzuela City Prosecutor’s Office.
