Foreign nationals with long term visas including native-born foreign nationals will be allowed to enter Manila provided they have a valid and existing visa at the time of entry; with pre-booked accredited quarantine facility; with pre-booked Covid-19 testing provider and subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at he port and date of entry.
The Embassy said these restrictions are pursuant to resolutions issued by the Inter Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases in the interest of public health and safety during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
