
2 COVID-19 positive cases bared in Laguna
A 59-YEAR-OLD Person Under Investigation (PUI) in San Pablo City yesterday tested positive for COVID-19.
The case was listed as a PUI on March 25 and underwent a COVID-19 test in San Pablo City, Laguna.
San Pablo City, Laguna Mayor Loreto "Amben "Amante, said it was the first recorded COVID-19 case in San Pablo City.
The patient is a resident of Bgy. Concepcion.
Amante said he has ordered the San Pablo City Task Force and City Health Office trace all people and families and friends of the positive COVID-19 patient.
Amante met yesterday morning with Rizal, Laguna Mayor Vener Munoz to discuss the temporary closure of the highway.
In Pila, Laguna , another 59-year-old man tested positive for COVID-19.
Pila,Laguna Mayor Edgardo Ramos announced this yesterday, adding that the patient is confined in a hospital in Los Banos, Laguna.
