2 inmates yield shabu in Bulacan

TWO inmates at the Meycauayan City Police Station jail found themselves in deeper trouble after they were found to be in possession of shabu during a surprise inspection of their cell last Monday, a Bulacan Police Provincial Office report said.

Jonathan Adona and Jaymar Badillo  yielded six heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu during the conduct of an Oplan: Galugad at the Meycauayan City police jail on Monday evening, said Bulacan police director, Colonel Chito G. Bersaluna.

The two inmates were brought to the Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for a drug test while charges for illegal possession of dangerous drugs under Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied against them.
