Of the 11, seven came from Cabanatuan city, and one case each from this city, and the towns of San Antonio and Peňaranda and Palayan City.
Due to the surge of COVID-19 infections in the province and to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the province, Gov. Aurelio M. Umali, IATF chair earlier ordered for a strict monitoring and putting up of border control checkpoints on all entry points of the province along the boundaries of the provinces of Aurora, Nueva Vizcaya, Bulacan and Pangasinan.
