CAMP Brig. Gen. Pantaleon Garcia, Imus City, Cavite -- Two notorious drug dealers were shot dead during drug deal and serving of arrest warrant with cops in Gen. Trias and Dasmariñas cities last Monday.
Police identified the fatality in General Trias City as Mas Din Ayop, alias ‘Mase’, native of Maguindanao and residing at Tropical Village, Pabahay 2000, Bgy. San Francisco. A cal. .38 revolver were recovered from the slain suspect.
Another suspect, Samad Saumay Bacaraman, 25, also of said place, was arrested and yielded 11 plastic sachets of shabu.
Police said ‘Mase’ agreed to sell to the poseur-buyer 11 sachets of shabu at 11:15 a.m. in a secluded place in Tropical Village but the suspect got irked when he noticed the presence of other policemen. He then shot the poseur-buyer who ducked for cover. The suspect continued firing until the back-up cops fired, killing him while the other suspect who tried to escape, was nabbed.
In Bgy. Salawag, Dasmariñas City, suspect Mico Andres Armilla was spotted by policemen serving warrant of arrest for his drug case before the sala of Judge Dennis R. Pastrana of Dasmariñas City Regional Trial Court at 6:30 p.m.
The suspect ran away, prompting the officers to chase him, triggering a firefight.
In other drug operations of the police, drug suspects Romeo Navarete, 55, Jayson Angeles, 34, and Leonardo Caabay Jr., 19, all of Bgy. Bayanan, Bacoor City, were arrested for selling shabu to policemen disguised as drug addicts at 12:45 a.m. in said place.
Other suspects Oliver Reyes, alias ‘Kano’, 23, alias ‘Jayson’, 17, and Jiselle James, 31, all of Bgy. Ipil 2, Silang, Cavite, were arrested for selling shabu. The suspects were reportedly responsible for proliferating drugs in the said barangay.
In Cavite City, suspect Arvin Caballes, alias ‘Bino’, 31, of Bgy. 29, was arrested for selling two sachets of shabu at 6:45 p.m.; and Jay Deleus, 26, who was busted for selling five sachets containing shabu at 6:30 p.m.
