23 quarantine violators held in Batangas

DESPITE the mandatory enhanced community quarantine for COVID-19 there’s still at least 23 violators arrested by authorities in different police checkpoints in Batangas the other day.

Batangas police director Col. Rex Arvin T. Malimban said, Lipa City Police Station personnel arrested Rosalie Revillame , Luciana Rosaldo ,Maria Jenissa Hermogino, Rowena Geronimo,  Quenemie Bersano, and Aileen Pollos  when caught in the act of playing cards in Bgy. Maraouy at 4 p.m.,and recovered two sets of cards and cash money amounting to P478 in different denominations.

In Tuy town, police collared Risaldo Andaya , Aljune Laoc , Leonida Martinez, Ermilanda Adrias, and Tristan Cudiamat,  in Bgy. Luntal  around 10:10 p.m. for the same violations.

Angelica Pacia, Romeo Asis  and Rolando Rocero, Jr. were nailed by Balayan town cops while roaming around at Quiron St. in Bgy. District 10 at around 10:20 p.m. and a certain Lorena Marasigan was nabbed without quarantine pass.

Froilan Familara,  and Mike Julius Baraoidan,  were also handcuffed by Batangas City police and one Jeffrey Austria was also held by Calaca town cops while walking without wearing a face mask and a quarantine pass.

Aprilyn Destreza Cabingan,  Roberto Bayani,  Zucie Balerio Eguia, Generose Espinoza Porcadilla and  Bienvenido Pacampara were arrested by Nasugbu town police while caught swimming at the beach of Bgy. Wawa at 5 p.m.
