CAMP Gen. Miguel Malvar, Batangas -- Two un-identified bodies with gunshot wounds in the heads were found by local residents in Lipa City and Rosario town, Provincial police PIO chief Senior Insp. Hazel P. Luma-ang Suarez said last Sunday.
A report to Batangas police director Senior Supt. Edwin A. Quilates by Lipa City Police Station commander Supt. Geovanny E. Sibalo said the unidentified victim was found at around 6:20 a.m. on September 9 in Purok 7, Sitio Pakalat, Bgy. Anilao Proper, by Romulo Perez, while disposing of his garbage at said place.
The victim was found lifeless with blood all over the head, his hands and feet tied with packaging tape and his neck also tied with a nylon rope.
Rosario town police chief Supt. Erickson B. Roranes also reported to Quilates that a unidentified body was found in Bgy. Macalamcam B, Rosario town, at 6:57 a.m. on Sept. 9 slumped on the road inside the Buena Aya farm by a certain Cedicidicio Reyes.
Roranes after the investigation said the victim sustained grave injuries in the head. Another SOCO team was requested for crime scene processing and autopsy.
In Lucena City, Quezon, an unidentified man was found at 11 a.m. along Eco Tourism Road in Purok Maulawin, Bgy. Isabang, whose face and head were wrapped with packaging tape. The cause of the death of the victim was still being determined thru autopsy by the SOCO officers.
