Airlines suspend Clark flights beginning April 3

AIR carriers flying out of Clark International Airport (CRK) have announced the temporary suspension of all commercial flights effective April 3, Friday.

“This is due to continuing travel restrictions being implemented in the Philippines and abroad as a measure to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease,” LiPad Corporation Corporate Communications head Teri Flores said.

Consequently, P2P bus operations will also be temporarily suspended. Flights are expected to resume as travel restriction eases.

Meanwhile, CRK will remain operational to service essential cargo flights and support the Philippine government in its efforts to “flatten the curve.”

“The CRK Management takes this opportunity to thank all frontliners, most especially the CRK team members, who continuously serve the public during these challenging times,” Flores added.
