NAGA City -- The City Schools Division of the Department of Education (DepEd) in this city has conducted a dry-run of the new learning system in chosen pilot public schools.
Sueñio Lozada Jr., OIC Assistant Schools Superintendent -Naga City said DepEd Bicol director Gilbert Sadsad supervised the dry-run in selected schools.
Lozada said the DepEd provided funds for the dry-run.
He said one set of modules will be provided for every subject, which will be studied by the student for 10 weeks or one module per week.
The module was disseminated to students either by online learning or by the use of printed materials to be studied at home. Test questions will be answered by the learners after studying the module of a particular subject.
According to Lozada, the learning modules have been narrowed down to 60 percent of important lessons being learned in school to adapt to home learning. Sonny Sales
