SAN JOSE CITY – An intoxicated man playing loud music with profane lyrics which irked other neighbors, including a municipal trial court lady judge here was arrested on Friday morning.

City police head Lt. Col. Heryl Bruno said his men nabbed Vladimir Vargas, 28, alias Tingig, jobless, of Rufina IV Subd., Bgy. Abar 1st shortly after the said incident at 7:30 a.m. here.

Bruno said the drunk suspect was also accused of hurling invectives at his neighbors and provoking them to a fistfight prior to playing out his sound system with blaring music in front of the house of Judge Jo Anne Dela Cruz-Malaton, 38, of MTCC Branch 2, Cabanatuan City.

Others who also complained to the police were identified as tricycle driver Ariel Mendoza, 48, of Bgy. Sto. NiHo 2nd, and Cirilo Yuzon, 61, of Sweden St., a neighbor of the suspect.

“Pagkatapos magsalita ng masasama at manghamon ng suntukan, dala ang kanyang sound system ay nagpunta ang suspect sa harap ng bahay nila Judge at doon ito nagpatugtog ng malakas na rap music na may lyrics na p——t—i-a mo, p——t—i-a ka nang paulit-ulit,” said Bruno.

Bruno  said charges of unjust vexation are now being prepared for filing against the arrested suspect before the city prosecutor’s office here.
