A SUSPECTED female drug user on Friday was shot dead in Biñan City, Laguna.

Victim Ester Urbano alias “Mura” of Almazora, Sitio Tramo, Bgy. Canlalay, Biñan City, died while being treated at the Ospital ng Biñan.

Another woman, Emma San Juan, was injured after she was hit by a stray bullet when Urbano sought shelter in her shanty while being pursued by the suspect.

Urbano was standing  at a railway track when the suspect arrived and without a word shot her.

Police are investigating the killing.
