CALACA, Batangas -- A man with several arrest warrants was captured by joint operatives in Bgy. Coral ni Lopez, here, the other day.
Calaca police head Chief Insp. Norman Aba-Eo Cas-oy identified the suspect as Victorio Esteledes Arevalo.
Around 3:45 a.m., joint personnel of the Calaca MPS, the 2nd BPMFC, RIU 4A and 730th CG PAF who were armed with a warrant of arrest, collared the suspect, who was convicted for violation of Republic Act 10591 and RA 9165 under Criminal Case Nos. 7687 and 7688 issued by Judge Rolando E. Silang of the Regional Trial Court Branch 11 of Balayan, Batangas dated July 3, 2018.
The operating team confiscated a cal. .45 with serial no. 1184513 with inserted magazine loaded with seven live bullets.
Police said the suspect had existing several arrest warrants for violations of RA 10591 under CC Nos. 7599-7600, RA 10591 (CC No. 8167), PD 1866 as amended by RA 8294 and RA 9516.
The suspect, with no bail recommended, was detained at the police lock-up cell.
