Pampanga rape suspect arrested in Batangas

A WANTED  person charged with rape in Pampanga was nabbed by joint authorities  during the implementation of a warrant of arrest in Bgy. Dagatan, Lipa City, Batangas, the other day.

A report to Batangas police director Col. Rex Arvin T. Malimban by Lipa City Police Station commander Lt. Col. Antonio G, Rotol, Jr. identified  the suspect who evaded the law after the crime as Kenneth Borja, 19, single, jobless, a native of Angeles, Pampanga.

Rotol said the suspect was arrested around 5:30 p.m. by joint operatives when served the warrant of arrest for rape issued on May 20 by Presiding Judge Katrina Nora S. Buan-Factora, Branch 61 of Angeles City Regional Trial Court.

The operation succeeded through the intelligence package provided by RIU 3 (CIT Angeles), the local director said.
