MAGNOLIA veteran forward Marc Pingris is entering the PBA bubble with mixed feelings, excited about the prospect of returning to play but wary of the risk of contracting the infectious virus.
Pingris, however, said he has the faith that PBA officials are doing their best to lay down also the best possible guidelines and protocols they can make to keep everybody safe.
And with this in mind, Pingris said he's very much willing to answer the call of the league for the gradual return to practice that could lead to the PBA season resumption before the end of the year.
The PBA is about to restart non-scrimmage practices with the formal nod by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) through a Joint Administrative Order (JAO) by the Games and Amusements Board (GAB), the Department of Health (DOH) and the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
June Mar Fajardo is also positive the league is taking the right path towards its plan of returning to play sooner than later.
"Negative na nga yung nangyayari sa mundo tapos negative pa approach natin, mas lalong sasama. So kailangan tignan na lang yung positive side," said Fajardo, during Tuesday's episode of Sports Page on TV5. (SB)
