SMDC-NU finally entered the win column that ended a five-game slide following a 107-75 rout of CD14 Designs-Trinity University of Asia, while Batangas-EAC escaped with a 91-90 win over FamilyMart-Enderun for a 2-5 card.

The Golden Harvest, sporting a 4-1 card, are in good position of making past the elimination round.
