
TOPS to discuss sambo, football, triathlon
IT will be another busy Thursday for The Tabloids Organization in Philippine Sports (TOPS) with sambo, football and triathlon in the agenda for the 6th “Usapang Sports on Air” via Zoom.
Pilipinas Sambo Federation secretary-general Paolo Tancontian, 7s Football League founder Anton del Rosario and 2019 Southeast Asian Games triathlon silver medalist Kim Remolino will talk about the latest happenings in sports during the pandemic-hit year.
Tancontian will give an update in the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Bangkok, Thailand; Del Rosario will discuss 7s football and other developments in the sport; and Remolino will recall his exploits in the SEA Games in Manila last December.
TOPS president Ed Andaya of People's Tonight is inviting all officers and members of TOPS and friends in the sports community to join the weekly session sponsored by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
The event is livestreamed thru the “Sports on Air” page on Facebook and YouTube.

TOPS “Usapang Sports” started to turn to a new platform only last month in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
